The sanctions that the U.S. imposed against the Iranian captains of tankers for the supply of fuel to Venezuela, show the failure pressure of Washington, said the official representative of Iranian foreign Minister Abbas Mousavi.
Earlier, the US Secretary of state Mike Pompeo said that the United States imposed sanctions against five captains of the Iranian tankers for the supply of fuel to Venezuela.
The United States expanded the sanctions list against the government of Venezuela, added three citizens of Mexico, eight companies and two oil tankers, the report said the U.S. Treasury.
At the same time, two tankers and two companies were excluded from the list.
Venezuela, where gasoline is the lowest in the world, enters on a new fuel pricing for gasoline, it will rise from 1 June, follows from the statements of President Nicolas Maduro.
