Business Ombudsman Boris Titov suggested to change system of payment of medical services under mandatory medical insurance (OMS): the current principle of allocation of quotas must be replaced on principle postpaid, based on the number of served patients, told RIA Novosti in the press service.
"The system of payment of medical services provided under compulsory medical insurance needs to be changed. Replace the current principle of allocation of quotas must come the principle of postpaid, on the basis of the actual number of patients served" - quoted Titov's press service.
Prime Minister of Russia Michael Mishustin has instructed the Ministry of health until June 4 to submit a draft on changes to the characteristics of the underlying implementation of the MLA to resume the planned operation of health facilities, reported on the website of the Cabinet.
"The Ministry of health to introduce a draft resolution of the government of the Russian Federation concerning changing features of the implementation of the basic programme of mandatory medical insurance in terms of a threat to the spread of disease caused by novel coronavirus infection (resolution of the RF government of 3 April 2020, No. 432), in order to resume routine work of medical organizations", - stated in the message.
