Killer of three Russian journalists in the Central African Republic are still missing, local law enforcement agencies continue to investigate, said RIA Novosti Russian Ambassador to TSAR Vladimir Titorenko.
"This case is the TFR. We cannot comment on the investigation. We can only report that the killer was not found yet, the investigation by local law enforcement agencies continues," he said.
