We obtained the first images of unusual ice at the North pole of Ganymede

On the NASA website posted the first images of the Northern polar part of the ninth largest object in the Solar system's largest satellites of Jupiter — Ganymede, made by the automatic interplanetary spacecraft Juno.

Scientists have received a full and detailed infrared image of the polar region, the largest of the planet-satellite in the Solar system, larger than mercury.
