The tourist base in the Irkutsk region will open July 3, said in an interview with RIA Novosti acting Governor of the region Igor Kobzev.
The beginning of the tourist season in the Irkutsk region was postponed because of the pandemic coronavirus. Since most of the tourists coming to lake Baikal, are citizens of China, South Korea and Germany, in the region this year is expected to decline in tourist arrivals.
The head of Transbaikalian edge Alexander Osipov, acting Governor of Irkutsk region Igor Kobzev, the head of the Altai Republic Oleg Khorokhordin took part in the voting on the amendments to the Constitution.
A nationwide vote is scheduled for July 1, however, the opportunity to vote for the Russians have with June 25.

The mayor of the mining town of Bodaibo Evgenie Yumashev documents filed for the nomination as candidate for elections of the head of the Irkutsk region, told RIA Novosti press-service of the regional electoral Commission.
"Moved, that's absolutely right. Today Yumashev presented the documents," - said the Agency interlocutor.
