Regional interim working group of the HRC to monitor the voting in Moscow appealed to the CEC with a request to restrict the information and agitation at polling stations, said the coordinator of the group, Igor Borisov.
A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation will be held on 1 July. To participate in the distance learning format of voting can the residents of two pilot regions - Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region. Electronic voting will be held from 25 to 30 June.
