Funding for the creation and testing of carrier rockets "Angara" for the Vostochny space centre increased by 1.7 times - from 26 to 45 billion rubles for the period up to 2026. It follows from the Roskosmos posted on the procurement website.
In 2015, experimental design work (OKR) "Cupid" on creation of space rocket complex heavy class on the East for the period to 2025 planned $ 32.4 billion. In 2018, this amount was reduced to 26.2 billion rubles. The money was planned to develop a rocket "Angara-A5" East and conduct flight tests, including three start-up.
Federal medical-biological Agency of Russia (FMBA) has submitted the consolidated medical detachment of the cosmodrome "East" to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, reported Saturday on the Agency's website.
Clarifies that medical support of the spaceport performs medical-sanitary part of the cosmodrome "East" the far Eastern district medical centre of the FMBA of Russia BUT Tsiolkovsky.
Supporting infrastructure, including social facilities and means of rescue system of the crew during manned launches of the new spacecraft "eagle" on the carrier rocket "Angara" will be built on East by 2025, said RIA Novosti in the press service of the Roscosmos.
It specified that the pad under the rocket "Angara-A5" and about 40 large, unique engineering structures will be built before the end of 2022. Start "Angara" with the ship "eagle" is scheduled for the end of 2023, after the tests of technological equipment.
