DTEK became the first company in Ukraine, included in the Hydrogen Europe

DTEK became the first company in Ukraine, which entered the Hydrogen Association of Europe, bringing together leaders in the field of application of hydrogen technologies in Europe, said on Saturday the press service of the company.

At the office Zelensky miners hold protest action

The miners on Tuesday in front of the office of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in Kiev demanding repayment of wage arrears, the correspondent of RIA Novosti.

In particular, the miners are demanding repayment to employees of state-owned mines of the debt on salary payment, which as of July 1, will reach more than 1.2 billion hryvnia (about $ 45 million). They also require to oblige the state property Fund of Ukraine, PJSC "Centrenergo", SE "Deregulated" SE "Kalush TPP-Nova" fully pay off the debt with state mining companies for the coal.

In Ukraine connected to the network, the sixth unit of Zaporizhzhya NPP

The sixth unit Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant in Ukraine was taken out of reserve and connected to the grid, said Sunday a press-service of the company Energoatom.

Earlier, on 3 June, Energoatom announced the shutdown of the sixth unit of Zaporizhzhya NPP from power grid.

The first unit of the Zaporizhzhya NPP in Ukraine are disconnected from the grid and put in reserve in connection with balance sheet constraints in the power system, said Monday the press service of the operator of the Ukrainian NPP company "Energoatom".

"In 11.04 (same as GMT) 1 June 2020 unit №1 of Zaporizhzhya NPP unloaded, disconnected from the power grid and put in reserve in compliance with regulatory procedures in connection with balance sheet constraints in the power system", - stated in the message.
