The situation in the Vologda region after heavy rain flooding has stabilized, reported RIA Novosti on Thursday, the press service of EMERCOM of Russia.
"Currently the situation has stabilized, the water is gone from the flooded areas", - said the Agency interlocutor, adding that the victims of the disaster areas continue to work of the Commission to assess the damage, arrange payments to victims.
Parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war will be held in Vologda oblast on June 24 at the background of the current epidemic situation, said the Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov.
"We have held consultations with members of the government of the Vologda region, with NGOs, with the mayors of the two cities - Vologda and Cherepovets... due To the fact that we're still picking focal outbreaks of the disease (coronavirus infection - ed.) on the industrial sites and facilities in the towns, we fix the centers and isolated cases of the disease in medical facilities.., we see that the family centers... continue to grow.., the events on 24 June in Vologda region is impossible," said Kuvshinnikov at the meeting oberstab region.
