Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan in an interview with the Jerusalem Post said that Israel should stop the sale of weapons to Azerbaijan.

According to the Minister, the sale of arms to Baku, "a deadly threat" given its use "against civilian infrastructure and the civilian population."
