The special representative of Russia in the contact group on settling the situation in Ukraine Azamat Kulmukhametov told RIA Novosti in Moscow about statements from Kiev about the "Advisory" nature of the Minsk agreements, why these agreements provide for Ukraine the situation of zugzwang, and what are the attempts to exclude self-proclaimed DND and LNR from the dialogue.
Statements on revision of the Minsk agreements on the settlement in Donbass or "plan B" Kiev by any means wants to get away from their obligations, said the special representative of Russia in the contact group on settling the situation in Ukraine Azamat kulmuhametov.
Earlier, according to the envoy of Russia in the contact group in Minsk of Boris Gryzlov, Deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation in the group of Oleksandr Merezhko said that the Minsk package of measures is a recommendation and does not impose on Ukraine any commitments. As Gryzlov noted, we are talking about another attempt to destroy the negotiation process, and if this is indeed the official position of Kiev, it is a direct path to the "freezing" of the conflict.
Ukrainian authorities to create a semblance of "focusing on achieving a peaceful settlement" of the conflict in the East of the country, but in fact give birth to the negotiation process to a standstill, said in an interview with RIA Novosti a special representative of Russia in the Contact group on settling the situation in Ukraine Azamat kulmuhametov.
According to the special representative of the Russian Federation, the situation with the implementation of the Minsk package of measures puts the political leadership of Ukraine in the situation of "zugzwang": on the one hand, Kiev wants to abandon Minsk, and with another - understands that to do this does not.
