Authorities in Arkhangelsk region made a decision on the introduction of the first phase of the removal of restrictions related to the spread of the coronavirus, throughout the region, except in Severodvinsk, reported the press service of the regional government.
The decision was made at the regular meeting of the regional operational headquarters, which was held by acting Governor of the region Alexander Tsybulsky.
"United Russia" nominated the acting Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Alexander Tsybulsky candidate on elections of the head region, the press service of the party.
As noted Cybulski, the priorities of his election program is the reduction of population outflow from the region, the disclosure of transport and logistics potential of the region and the development of the Russian Arctic.
Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev instructed the acting Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Alexander Tsybulsky to prepare a plan for the development of a comfortable urban environment of Arkhangelsk, reported the press service of Deputy Prime Minister.
Trutnev during the videoconference held a meeting on the draft programme of development of Northern (Arctic) Federal University (NARFU) named after Mikhail Lomonosov in Arkhangelsk in the years 2021-2035.
Authorities in Arkhangelsk region have decided to limit from June 6 to enter the territory of the city of Severodvinsk, where the situation has been bad infected with a coronavirus infection, reported the press service of the regional government.
"From 00.00 on 6 June until further notice restricted entry to the territory of Severodvinsk and the outskirts of the city. Amendments to existing decrees of the acting Governor Alexander Tsybulsky," - said in the message.
